1. What Bacon Vision is

Bacon Vision is an AI video creation tool. You describe what you want, the app writes a storyboard, generates keyframe images, then generates and stitches short video clips into a finished video. Generation is powered by third-party AI models and is paid for with credits you purchase in the app.

2. Credits

Access to generation is metered in credits. Credits are purchased in packs, are consumed when generation work is delivered, and have no cash value outside the app. Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically. See the Refund Policy for details.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Bacon Vision. The service does not provide age-appropriate filtering or a minors' experience, and accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be terminated.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use Bacon Vision to request, generate, upload, or distribute any of the following. These restrictions are enforced both by automated prompt filtering and by manual review, and violations can result in immediate account termination.

• Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a sexualized way.
• Non-consensual sexual content, including sexual content depicting real people.
• Depictions of real, identifiable people in compromising, defamatory, or deceptive situations, including deepfakes and false endorsements.
• Graphic gore, torture, or content whose purpose is to depict extreme suffering.
• Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or content promoting violence against a group.
• Instructions for building or acquiring real weapons, explosives, or other means of causing physical harm.
• Content that promotes, encourages, or instructs on self-harm or suicide.
• Copyrighted characters, trademarks, or other intellectual property you do not have the rights to use.
• Anything illegal where you are, or anything intended to harass or defraud others.

5. Your responsibility for what you generate

You are responsible for the prompts you write, the reference material you upload, and the output you download, publish, or distribute. You confirm you have the rights to any reference images, video, or audio you upload. You are responsible for confirming that your use of generated output is lawful in your jurisdiction and for any claims arising from it.

6. AI output — no guarantees

AI generation is probabilistic. Output may not match your prompt exactly, may contain visual artifacts, may be factually wrong, and will not be identical between runs. Bacon Vision does not guarantee that generated video will be accurate, original, non-infringing, suitable for any particular purpose, or free of resemblance to existing works or people. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Ownership and commercial use

You own the Outputs you create using Bacon Vision. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we do not claim ownership of your Inputs or your Outputs, and we do not restrict your commercial use of your Outputs. This grant applies to every paid credit pack tier equally — commercial use is never gated to one tier over another. Output generated using free trial credits, if offered, may be subject to additional restrictions stated at the time the trial is offered. We retain no license to your Outputs beyond what is technically necessary to operate the service (such as storing and delivering your files to you), and we may use them for other purposes only with your permission. You remain responsible for confirming that your use of generated output is lawful in your jurisdiction, as described in section 5.

8. Availability and third parties

Generation depends on third-party model providers and hosting. Features may change, degrade, or be unavailable. We may modify pricing, credit costs, or features at any time; credits already in your balance remain usable under the terms in effect when consumed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, for abuse of the credit or refund system, for chargeback fraud, or for attempts to bypass content restrictions. Credits associated with an account terminated for violations are forfeited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bacon Vision's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost content.
