From prompt to finished video in three guided steps

1. Prompt → scene-by-scene storyboard

You describe the idea in plain language and pick a length — anywhere from a 5-second beat up to two minutes. Bacon Vision splits that idea into discrete scenes, and each scene carries a visual prompt, a camera move and an optional narration line. Two rules shape the writing: every scene describes exactly one continuous physical action and one continuous camera move (sequences of actions are what make AI clips fall apart), and any recurring prop is written with a simple, repeatable visual design so it survives being drawn several times. The whole storyboard is editable text — rewrite a scene, cut one, or regenerate the plan before anything renders.

2. Consistent keyframes, not lucky ones

The storyboard step also produces a subject bible: a fixed description of your recurring characters, wardrobe and props. Every keyframe image is generated against that description rather than against the scene text alone, so the same person stays the same person in scene 7 as in scene 1. Seeds are decorrelated per scene index and each frame can chain off the previous one as an image-to-image reference, which keeps identity locked while still letting the location, framing and lighting genuinely change between shots. Every keyframe is shown as a filmstrip you approve, refine with a follow-up instruction, or inpaint to fix one region.

3. Render and stitch

Approved keyframes drive image-to-video generation, one clip per scene, with automatic retries and provider failover so a single bad call doesn't sink the run. Clips are stitched in order with narration and sound effects into one downloadable video. Billing follows delivered footage, and shots that fail are refunded automatically.

Why storyboard first

  • You catch problems while they're cheap. Fixing a sentence costs nothing; re-rendering a ten-second clip does not.
  • Continuity is designed, not hoped for. The subject bible and frame chaining exist precisely because independent per-scene generation drifts.
  • Longer pieces become possible. Video models only return fixed 5- or 10-second clips; a storyboard is what lets you assemble those into a two-minute piece that still reads as one story.
  • No accidental text. Generated frames are explicitly steered away from on-screen lettering and subtitles unless a scene actually calls for them.
