Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information. Your email address and password hash if you sign up with email, or your Google account email, name, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Payment information. Card and wallet details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by Bacon Vision. We keep only a Stripe customer identifier, a saved payment method identifier, and non-sensitive display details such as card brand and last four digits, or the payment method type and associated email.
• Content you create. Prompts, storyboards, scene descriptions, generated keyframe images and video clips, finished videos, and any reference images, video, or audio you upload.
• Usage and billing data. Credit balance, credit deductions and refunds, purchase history, generation status and error messages, and basic technical logs.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, to run the generations you request, to meter and bill credits, to refund failed generations, to enforce the content restrictions in the Terms of Service, to debug and improve reliability, and to respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sub-processors

To deliver the service, data is shared with these providers as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing, saved payment methods, and billing events.
• fal.ai — image and video model inference; receives your compiled prompts and any reference images.
• ElevenLabs — voiceover and sound effect generation; receives narration text.
• Google — sign-in with Google, if you choose it.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — database, authentication, and file storage hosting for your account, projects, and generated media.
• AI language and vision models — used to write storyboards, compile prompts, and run the automated quality check that compares generated output against your request.

4. Retention

Account data, projects, and generated media are retained while your account is active so you can return to your work. Billing records are retained as long as required for financial and tax record-keeping. If you delete your account, your projects, uploaded references, and generated media are deleted; anonymized billing records may be retained.

5. Security

Data is stored with row-level access rules so your projects, assets, and billing details are readable only by your own authenticated account. Media files are stored in private buckets and served through expiring signed links.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and its content at any time by emailing us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor access and deletion requests regardless of location.

7. Children

Bacon Vision is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will delete it.
