A video or image is stuck

Keep the project and avoid starting duplicate paid generations. Note the project title, approximate time and visible error so support can investigate.

Credits, payments or refunds

Check Billing and confirm you are in the account used for your purchase. Do not pay again to troubleshoot. For an unresolved charge, email the receipt reference and a description. See our refund policy.

Privacy or account deletion

Email support@bcnvzn.com from your account email to request access, correction or deletion. See our privacy policy.
